From the Coquina Point Declaration of Covenants & Restrictions, SECTION IV: RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS AND ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE
Sub-Section 4.3 (g): No sign of any kind shall be created, permitted to remain on or displayed to public view on or from any lot, except an approved sign giving the name of the occupant of the residence located on said lot or an approved sign advertising the premises for sale or rent. All signs shall be approved by the Architectural Control Committee.
The Board voted, at the July 15, 2024 Board Meeting, to clarify sign/flag rules as follows:
The following signs ARE permitted:
- Real Estate - Must be in accordance with the current Ormond Beach real estate sign ordinance.
- Open House - May be displayed only during the Open House hours.
- Security System - Only one sign may be displayed at the front of the property and must be located within 6 feet from the front door or closest possible location where the entrance porch ends.
- Construction - No larger than 24x36 inches; displayed for no longer than 30 days.
The following flags ARE permitted:
- U.S. Flag - Must comply with the U.S. Flag Code
- Flags of Valor
- Seasonal flags are permitted only with ACC approval

The following signs/flags are NOT permitted:
- Political (with exception below)
- Religious
- Activist
- All other signs/flags
POLITICAL SIGN RULES APPROVED FOR 2024 ONLY:
- Signs are permitted to be displayed for 30 days: October 5 to November 5, 2024
- Maximum size permitted is 18x24 inches.
- No more than 2 signs are permitted to be displayed on any one property.
- No hate speech permitted on any sign.
- Signs must be removed by sundown on November 6th.
