Coquina Point Homeowners Association consists of 110 lots. Homeowners are members of the association and are subject to an annual assessment, which is used for common area maintenance and other budget items necessary to run the business of the HOA. Coquina Point is one of the few communities in Ormond Beach that is fully administered by a volunteer board of directors, with no paid outside management company. This takes a lot of work and dedication and keeps our annual assessment low.
The 2024 annual assessment is $420. There will be a 5% increase in this assessment for 2025, due to cost increases, bringing the new total to $440. The Notice of Annual Assessment mailing goes out in November, and the annual assessment is due and payable on January 1st.
Homeowners have the option to pay quarterly, using payment coupons that are included in the mailing. Quarterly payments are due on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st. No reminders are sent.
