Coquina Point Homeowners Association

Coquina Point is a lovely, small community nestled in the heart of Ormond Beach between I-95 and U.S. 1.  Shopping, dining, banks, schools, parks, and medical centers are just minutes away. The neighborhood has 109 homes, with many built on two large retention ponds. Originally developed by the Root Company in the 1990s, Coquina Point was designed to preserve large natural areas around the ponds, which offer habitat for a variety of birds and smaller wildlife. With just one entrance/exit, unnecessary traffic is greatly reduced, creating a safer environment for our residents. The community is, therefore, very walkable and many residents take advantage of our quiet streets for walking and bike riding.

Neighbors helping neighbors is also a regular part of Coquina Point life. The Coquina Point Homeowners Association is self-governed by a volunteer board of directors, and residents are always welcome to serve on committees as needs arise. The annual dues are kept to a reasonable level and are used to maintain the common area landscaping and infrastructure, the storm water retention ponds, and the entrance wall.
