Coquina Point Homeowners Association
Coquina Point is conveniently located between I-95 and U.S. 1 in the heart of Ormond Beach -- close to shopping, dining, banks, and medical centers. The neighborhood has 110 homes, with many built on two lakes and a smaller pond. Our securely designed community has just one way in and out, which reduces unnecessary traffic, creating a safer environment for our residents. Originally developed by the Root Company in the 1990s, this planned community is comprised of brick and cement block homes. The Homeowner's Association has annual dues which are used to maintain the common area landscaping, the lakes & pond, and the entrance wall.
